Whiteboy Slim,
(Maurice Richard Libby), native of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada is as raw as
it gets. He believes in pushing the envelope of blues. He is an accomplished
singer, songwriter, guitar player and harmonica player. He learned his craft
among some very impressive company while attending the Berklee College of Music
in Boston. He studied with the likes of Gary Burton, pianist Al Copley
(co-founder of Roomful of Blues), and bassist Ron McClure (bassist with Charles
Lloyd, Wynton Kelly, Quest, The 4th Way, Joe Henderson, Blood, Sweat & Tears,
The Pointer Sisters, Sarah Vaughan, Thelonious Monk).
